Privacy Policy for Wallpaper/s

Wallpaper/s is a wallpaper browsing and wallpaper-setting application developed by Neeraj Works. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is handled when you use Wallpaper/s.

1. Information We Collect

Wallpaper/s does not require you to create an account or sign in, and the app does not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, messages, payment information, or other personal profile information.

When the app connects to our online wallpaper service, normal network and technical information may be processed by the infrastructure used to provide that service. This can include information such as an IP address, request time, device/network information, and server logs. Wallpaper/s does not use this information to create a personal profile or for targeted advertising.

2. Online Wallpapers and Supabase

Wallpaper/s uses Supabase to provide its online wallpaper library. The app requests publicly published wallpaper metadata and image files from our Supabase project. The app does not send user profile information to the wallpaper database.

Supabase may process technical information associated with requests as part of providing, securing, and operating its services. For more information, please review Supabase's Privacy Policy.

3. Local Caching

To make browsing faster and allow previously loaded wallpapers to remain available when you are offline, Wallpaper/s stores wallpaper metadata and downloaded wallpaper images in the app's local storage/cache.

This cached content is stored on your device and is not intended to identify you. You can remove cached app data through Android's app settings. The operating system may also remove application cache data when necessary.

4. Saving and Sharing Wallpapers

If you choose to save a wallpaper, the app uses Android's storage/media facilities to save the image to the device according to the Android version and the system APIs applicable to that version.

If you choose to share a wallpaper, Android's system sharing mechanism is used to send the selected image to an application you choose. The receiving application may process the shared image according to its own privacy policy.

5. Setting a Wallpaper

When you choose Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Both Screens, Wallpaper/s uses Android's wallpaper APIs to set the selected image. Wallpaper/s does not receive or collect information about the content of your screen.

6. Advertising and Analytics

Wallpaper/s does not display advertisements and does not intentionally use advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics to build a user profile.

7. Data Sharing

Wallpaper/s does not sell your personal information.

The app may rely on service providers, such as Supabase, to deliver its online wallpaper service. These providers may process technical information as necessary to provide, secure, and operate their services. Wallpaper images may also be shared by you through Android's system sharing feature when you explicitly choose to share them.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Wallpaper/s does not maintain a user account or a personal profile for app users. Because there is no user account in the consumer app, there is no server-side user account to delete.

Wallpaper metadata and downloaded images stored locally can be removed by clearing the app's cache/data or uninstalling the app, subject to Android's normal storage behavior. Images that you explicitly save to your device are controlled by you and can be deleted using your device's normal file or gallery controls.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the app's service configuration and online content infrastructure appropriately protected. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

Wallpaper/s does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account or ask users to submit personal information in order to browse and set wallpapers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date.
